What Causes Cough, Fever, Runny Nose And Watery Eyes?

My 3 year old daughter started with a cough on Sunday morning. She now has the cough, fever, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and an itchy rash on her back and around her neck. I m worried because I just found out she was playing with an unvaccinated child on Saturday.
