What Causes Cough, Hot Flashes And Swollen Nose?

I have a horrible bad cough and my nose is definitely stuffy and swollen. I figured it was just sinuses and took something. What concerns me is I have these hot flashes. I had someone feel my face and they said I do feel hot. I ve never felt this hot before while feeling ill. I literally have a bag of peas on my forehead and over my eyes. Should I be worried?
