What Causes Cough , Loss Of Appetite And Fever?

Over the last 3 weeks I have been coughing a lot loss of appetite being sick and running a hight temp.went to see doctorwho put me on one type of antibiotics for a week but these did nothing was then put on another type of antibiotics for a week my cough has now gone and I have stopped being sick however I now have blood shot eyes and feel tiered all the time can u please help
