What Causes Cough With Sore Throat And Pain In Back And Neck?

My symptoms:

Cough- very sore- dry- tastes like blood but there isnt any

Back and neck pain

Headache - severe- worse than normal

I have no energy

random swelling on the sides of my hips?

I feel very out of it.



I cant take my temp because it is broken

WHat is it? What can i do? Should i go to a doctor?
