What Causes Coughing And Itchiness In The Neck And Chin?

I am itchy on my neck and under my chin, but I have no rash. I also have a cough that is producing yellow mucus. I have had these symptoms before and took antibiotics for it. Could it be bronchitus? I have been a smoker in the past, and now have a cigarette once in awhile, but not daily by any means. I don't know why I would be itchy if it is bronchitus.
