What Causes Coughing, Fever, Sore Throat, Stiff Neck And Bloody Mucus?

i have been on and off sick scince mid january and have been coughing scince than, i am 16 and smoke pretty heavily, i have had high tempretures, really sore throat, stiff neck and weak body for the last 3 days and during those days occasionally when i blow my nose, thick hard bloody mucus has come out in lumps, i have had 2 come out of one nostral and 1 out of the other... do you think its because of smoking
