What Causes Coughing, Fluttering Sensation In Chest And Burning Sensation In Upper Abdomen?

Today when I was going up 2 flights of stairs, I felt fluttering in my chest, I then started coughing for awhile. However after receiving my iron infusion, I felt a burning sensation in my upper abdomen followed by more flutters this went on for some time. Could it be a early sign for heart trouble.?
