What Causes Coughing, Painful Arms And Tightness In Chest?

I have Bronchitis and I'm a having sever coughing attack which seems like I'm having a heart attack. My chest feels tight and I get pain down both arms. It seems like I'm gaging for air or something. It looks like it happen after I eat. Do you think I should go to emergency. I feel a little better after the ordeal.
