What Causes Coughing Reaction To Sauce, Ketchup And Mustard?

For about six months now I have been having some type of coughing reaction to ketchup, ranch dressing, mayo, mustard or anything sauce like. then on top of that, the hair bonding glue I normally use for years burned my scalp. Could this be cancer or what could cause this?
