What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood,sore Throat And Dizziness?

OK i have no idea waht is going on with me but it's scaring me. My body feels weak i can barley type, i can barley grasp anything i feel really really weak, my throat is super sore i feel like i cant breath my chest hurts so bad and i keep coughing up bloody mucus, i feel really dizzy and like confused.. and my mouth is so dry and i cant keep fluids down.
