What Causes Coughing Up Of Green Mucus Along With Tenderness In Ribcage?

Yes I am aids positive and have been for two years My cd4 count is just below 200 and my dr says it make take some time to go higher as it was down to 4 in Nov of 2012 My aids viaus is undetectable but I am still considered aids positive Now my question is we are traveling in France and I developed ahead cold no fever but I am coughing up yellow green stuff and have a pain and tenderness under my left rib What should I do? What might be happening?
