What Causes Cow Patches On My Vagina And Thighs?

Hello I 'm 27 years old and 150 pounds ,I had a small mark on my vigina and now I have them on my thighs too it kinda of looks like cow patches and dark my complete vigina now is dark and spots are the size of my palm ........they dont hurt and its not infected,just looks like spots.
