What Causes Cracked Skin On Glans Underneath The Foreskin?

My glans (uncircumised) underneath foreskin is like cracked? Looks dry/grey and white spots.. im guessing that segema or something. I shower everyday trying to wash it out/clean.. looks like it wont get off? should I use kirkland body lotion? (made from 100% plant extracts ) how to get rid of this sticky glans???! its also sticky when i try to retract the foreskin back kinda hurts.. feels like taking off a bandage
