What Causes Cracks And Peeling Of Skin In The Feet And Palms?

Hi sir, my skin in my palm and feet is getting peeling for the past six months. First i thought that this will be a normal peeling, but, it was spread through out my palm and feet...and its getting cracked when it is severe...i would like to know what is the name of this problem..and is it curable?
