What Causes Cracks On The Foreskin Of The Penis?

Hello dr, This is Kumar with you from Dubai, since 1o days i have cracks at front skin of my pennis, it is difficult to pull and it is paining, burning and more dryness. I applied vasaline couple of times, but no use. Kindly suggest any appropriate cream or otherwise.
