What Causes Cramping, Discharges With Sore Breasts And Nausea?

I had my period in March was on the pill and forgot to take it all the time so stopped it altogether in March had a period in April and one in May 4th, havent had a period since then which is now 36 days, have been cramping for over a week now as if I am going to get my period but nothing. Did 2 preg test last Monday and Thursday but negative. Having creamy discharge sore boobs and tired, feel nauseas now and again and backache which I never have.
