What Causes Cramping In Lower Intestine While Having IBS And Diverticulitis?

my health issue relates to Diverticulitis and IBS. I sometimes have at least 2 attacks in a years time, and they seem to last a little longer each time. My concern now is that I have continuous cramping in my lower intestinal area. I take a probiotic every night.
