Hi my name is Chanel lately I have been having really bad cramps or like a pinching sensation it makes it hard 4 me to sleep I must got off my period not to long ago which I had for about three weeks and it was not heavy at all I took a pregnancy test last month but it was negitive should I take another one or what I have no clue what's going on but I also have a increase in my appetitte and I sleep a lot more
