What Causes Cramps After Regular Menstruation With White Discharge In Breasts?

periods like cramps 3 days after my periods, milk like discharge from my breast on that day, now gone but i still have the cramps sometimes it feels like ovulation cramps.... blood in urine only when i wipe.... blood not from vagina. lot of discharge but not smelly.... now feel as if i'm itchy down there
