What Causes Cramps And Bloating Of Stomach After Being On Mirena Coil?

Hi i had a mirenna coil fitted about two years ago when i got it i bled lightly constantly for bout 6 months but it calmed down and was grand now the past 2 or 3 weeks i av been getting alot of discomfort cramps bloated hard stomach nd pain down below plz cud do with sum.answers thank you
