What Causes Cramps, Bloating And Tiredness?

hi, 2 weeks ago i went to the hospital after bleeding for 2 weeks. the doctors were fairly sure i had an early miscarriage (after about a week). they couldn't be certain though as it had already cleared if it was. now though i'm still nauseated, can barely eat anything with out getting sick. i wake up in the mornings severly nauseated also. i'm lightheaded and dizzy constantly, again especially after eating. i'm constantly tired, am bloated and have abdominal cramping. i've taken another pregnancy test though and it says negative. i'm on a progesterone based pill however (micronor) which i've read and been told can play tricks on pregnancy tests. what is wrong??
