Thank you for responding. approximately 20 minutes after eating lunch, I experienced some pretty bad cramping in my abdominal area, became slightly nauseous and a bit dizzy. Had to lie down and keep head and legs slightly elevated. Cramps eventually subsided, as did the nausea, but when I stood up, I may have stood up too quickly as I was still a bit dizzy and had to steady myself. After about an hour or so I was pretty much back to my normal self, although a little fatigued.
