What Causes Cramps In Feet Inspite Of Suffering From Multiple Sclerosis?

I was diagnosed with ms several years ago. Recently I have started experiencing cramping in my feet. My toes are disfiguring when I sit or lie down. I drink a lot of fluids during the day (water and decaffenated green tea) and evening. I also suffer from neuropathy. Should I be concerned that my diseases are progressing or should I wait to see if it worsens? I am concerned.
