What Causes Cramps In Head Along With Burning Sensation On Top Of Head?

Good evening, iam 43 years old female with no chronic diseases, i had a disc surgery last april,, today i have frequent cramps in my head in the right side with a burning sensation in the Top of my head,, those cramps last for 10 seconds and become frequent,,,, any explanation please
