What Causes Cramps In Lower Abdomen,dizzy Spells And Nausea?

I've been having awful cramps in my lower abdomen for the past 2 weeks. Not severe,but an ache like feeling which last all day and sometime a few sharp pains on left and right side. My period isn't due for another week,but something doesn't seem right. Also accompanied my dizzy spells and naseau at night
