What Causes Cramps In The Chest Radiating To The Shoulder And Biceps?

so I feel a pull that goes from my chest over my shoulder and down into my bicept.... I have seen a cardiologist but he says my heart is fine. I know something is wrong because everyone in a while I ll get a blood rush sensation after bending for just a couple seconds.
