What Causes Cramps In Thigh And Nausea?

hi I am a 56 black female I have cramps in my thigh and nauses and get very hot when the cramps come don t happen all the time but you can always feel the sensations in my thighs as the are always there have had my mag ck and my potassium electrolyte ok sorry for bad spelling
