What Causes Cramps, Sharp Pain In Breast And Throat?

i've been on the pill for about 14 months now because of very painful cramps. i had to take narcotics to get rid of the pain. so my doctor suggested that i skip the 4 sugar pills at the end of the month to skip my period overall. but this past week i've been having cramps again. also, there has been a lot of dull sharp pain in my right breast. and a couple of days ago, i couldn't breathe through my mouth because of a sharp pain in my thyroid area off to the left side. i don't understand why or where this pain is coming from.
