What Causes Cramps, Spotting And Vaginal Dryness After Hysterectomy?

hi i am a 40 year old female. i had a hysterectomy in august 2014, i am still experiencing pain in my side , cramps, and some spotring, and vaginal dryness. a little concern that my one ovary may be causing me these problems!? what should i do? should i be concern? should i go to the doctor?
