What Causes Cramps When On Prednisone?

hi doctor I currently on treatment for gca I take 35 mg predisinone per day I am also taking champix tablets to stop smoking sincewednes day iam getting cramps tonight the cramps keep coming mainly my right hand but once earlier my lefthand should I be concerned
