What Causes Cramps With Bleeding After Intercourse?

hi i had sex 1 week ago today sunday march 14th...after i was done i had bad cramps and started to bleed like i was on my period my adominal was tight and when i push on it it was really sore ....which i was due to have sometime during that week...it was heavy....but the cramp would go when i would take a midol pill.....but then come back the next day....and repeated the same process....after 5 days it wasnt as heavy....but then it was followed by a discharge with bright red in it i still get some cramps but no as bad.....so its been a whole week and i still have the discharge with bright red blood in it.....what is wrong with me
