What Causes Crawling Sensation Along With Acne On The Skin?

Hello Doctor I have had this condition for 2 months now, I feel like bugs are crawling on my skin. I used to get acne like bites. I always see tiny pieces of lint inside my clothes and sometimes I find it on my body. the crawling sensation comes and goes, I went to see three dermatologists they all said it can t be bug bites because there is no pattern like a line of bites just one acne like bite, sometimes showing every two three or four days, I always find hair falling of me in bed.
