What Causes Crawling Sensation In Penis?

Please, to whom it my concern, I am 28 yr old, all my life I have had sexual intercourse with only one girl and still presently with this one girl (i fancy dearly) but some a little while now I sometimes feel this crawling sensation moving in my penis. What could be the cause?
