What Causes Crawling Sensation In Rectal Area?

hello there, does the crawling sensation in your rectal area goes away without getting treated? I have been noticing it for the past 2 weeks now. i think it is one of those small external hemorrhoids thing since i noticed a small bulge in my rectum. thanks.
