What Causes Creamy Discharge And Itching After Intercourse?

hi, im nicole. im 22 yrs old. the day after having sex i noticed some white creamy dishcarges and felt with a little itch..after that day i took antiboitics and the itchiness dissappeared but the discharge is still there. and it has some odd odor too.
