What Causes Creamy White Discharge After Taking Pregnyl?

Hi. I have been taking fertility meds. Today is day 14. 2 days ago i had been given pregnyl. Now im very dry having sex. Yesterday i was very wet. Also now i have a creamy discharge. Why is that? Whats the signs ive ovulated and that my folucle has ruptured releasing the egg?
