What Causes Crossed Eyes, Numb Lips And Dizziness?

My wife just experienced an episode where her eyes were crossed and her lips were numb with some dizziness. It lasted about five minutes. It has happened before, but this is the first time her eyes have been affected. She is 70 years old and in fair condition, except for being overweight. Any advice would be appreciated.
