What Causes Crunching Feeling At The Base Of Skull?

For the past year I have had a crunching feeling at the base of my skull when i move it in a certain direction and have crackling sounds when moving it aswell, there is also pain that radiates around my head and i have other symptons like blurred vision, head getting really hot when i stand up and I get dizzy please help.
