What Causes Crushing Pain In Neck, Shoulder And Coccyx?

okay hi my neck feels like it is being crushed together, my right shoulder feels like its busted and my tail bone feels like it has been cracked or busted this pain all started happening to me about 4 months ago when a log accidently landed on my back and on my neck do you know what i can do to get the pain to go away?
