What Causes Curvature In Spine Along With Severe Pain?

Thank you The medican that helps me with pain & sleep is very hard to get a Dr that wii prescrib it can you tell me why that is two Dr told me I get dependant on it.....What are the side effects,,,I have a curvd spine & it is so painful I can hardley stand it...Can you help me PLEASE
