What Causes Cut In Vagina After Having Sex?

every time i have sex, the skin from my virgina up toward my clit splits, it doesnt have to be hard sex it could be gentle sex, the same thing always happens, ive been to the doctors about this , the inside of my virgina also get itchy, it only happens when i have sex no other time, please can you help out here
