What Causes Cuts And Sore Marks On Penis After Intercourse?

Hey, recently, after sex my boyfriend gets sore stretch marks or small lines that are wounds on the front of his penis and small cuts at the lower part of his penis. We decided not to have sex afterwards. Could it be that we over have sex or there is a more serious problem attached to this. Please help out coz its freaking.
