What Causes Cyst On Right Ovary With A Regular Periods?

i went to my dr yesterday had an ultrasound and he stated that i was pregnant but barely, showed no sac, took a blood test that stated that my hcg leval was 1 i have a cyst on my right overy had them before that never affected my period i have a 27 day cycle im 4 days late not sure what to think
