What Causes Dandruff And Red Peeling Spots All Over Body?

Hi I am 25 years old. Recently I am experiencing severe dandruf and I have red peeling spots all over my body which is spreading and getting worse day by day. I initially thought that bed bugs could be a possible reason for it. I have massive dandruff problem as well which doesnt quite go well with the bed bug explanation to the red spots. What can this condition possibly be.
