What Causes Dark Blue Color Lips Of The Labia Majora?

hallo.i have question its very emarasing but i dont knw whats up ! the inner lips after the libia are darker kinda like a blue color and there is this white stuff allways comeing out its not verry thick its milckish and also i am my libia are verry eachy !!can u place tell me what is rong:(
