What Causes Dark Blueish Purple Spots On The Labia Majora?

I also have a few dark blueish purple fine point pen sized spots on my labia majora. One of the spots itches if moisture gets to it. Also sometimes my inner part of my labia minora. Itches also if moisture gets to much. I am on testosterone cream bcz my level was 44 and I also have my labia minora andmy clitoral hood have started to dimish. My vaginal hood and labia minora have blended into my labia majora. There is a very small triangleshaped opening that exposes only a tiny part of my clitois. I can feel it and need the skin excised I think. What is going on with my body. Oh and I had abiopsy done by an obgyn of a small piece of my labia minora. Fir Lichen schlerosis and it was negative. Pod help I'm only 40 married 15yrs and 2 kids great shape. I want to be as healthy as my lifestyle.
