did i have my period or was it implatation bleeding

my period is always regular but this time i was due on the 9th of june but i came 3 days early the 1st day was red but not heavy ant the next day it was really dark brown i didnt pass any clots no pains or cramps this has never happened to me before and now a week on my breasts are still tender
