What Causes Dark Bumps All Over The Body?

I have been having some issues and it just really started.i a lot of bumps have been coming on my body and then it turns real dark like blisters or sumthn.i wish I could take a pictures.but the bumps are starting to come all over my body.my neck my arms.all I know is when I rub my stomach it just reals so rough.
