What Causes Dark Circles Under The Eyes And Reddishness Above The Eyes?

i have dark circles under my eyes and very reddish above my top eye lids and need advice as i have not found anything possible what is causing this, its making me very self concious and starting to hate to go out, any help would be much appreciated thank you
