What Causes Dark Circles Under The Eyes With Severe Hair Loss?

i have been developing lines or circles under my eyes. lately they have darken to the point i look kinda sick, as if something is wrong with me. i am bloated as well and recently had a bladder infection (treated). my eyes feel tired alot of the day (off and on). my hair is sheading a lot too. what could be happening here, help?
